Trauma-informed Therapy for Healing & Growth
A Thoughtful Space for Recovery,
Reflection, and Change
When you learn how to slow down, you find greater ease and connection - especially if you're a high-functioning adult. It allows you the space you need to understand the patterns, stress, trauma, and emotional burdens you’ve been carrying alone.
Through trauma-informed, depth-oriented therapy, together we explore the patterns shaping your relationships, nervous system, and self-worth. With over 30 years of experience, I’ll help you make sense of past, build resilience, and develop healthier patterns.
Who I Help
For high-achieving professionals, those in recovery, navigating anxiety, struggling with emotional numbness, codependency, or chronic stress, compassionate therapy can help you move beyond survival mode toward healing.
If you’ve been adapting to function through stress while feeling emotionally disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck, this work will help you find lasting change that begins with feeling understood, safe, and more connected to yourself.

Sharon Johnson, LCSW
With 30+ years experience, I have helped everyone from Fortune 500 companies to burnt out ER doctors. Whether you are struggling with addiction, codependency, anxiety, or simply looking to improve your mindfulness, my goal is to provide a safe and welcoming environment for healing.
After personal experiences with addiction and recovery, I know how that kind of chaos can affect someone. This compassion led to a life of serving people in whatever kind of trauma they are dealing with. I am so grateful that my clients are willing to trust me to walk with them through the highs and lows of their mental health journey.
When I’m not working, I love to read, spend time with loved ones, and even get on the court to hit some tennis balls.
